The Fine Print

If the recipient isn't home

We'll leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot at the door and let you and the recipient know. For apartments or offices, we leave it with the front desk when possible.

Changing a delivery address

Let us know at least 12 hours before your scheduled delivery if the address needs correcting — this helps us avoid extra re-delivery fees.

Weather & holidays

Severe weather or high-volume holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) may affect exact delivery windows. We'll always keep you posted if timing shifts.
